Perinatal mental health disorders can be diagnosed both before and after baby is born. This can range from perinatal anxiety, depression, OCD, and bipolar disorder. In rare cases, it can show up as psychosis. Perinatal mental health can be debilitating and is something you do not have to live with!
Abuse in relationships can come in all shapes and forms. This can look like emotional manipulation, isolation, physical abuse, financial control, and many others. Individuals who experienced domestic violence deserve support to gain independence, empowerment, and confidence in themselves and in their relationships.
Anxiety is one of the most common mental health struggles individuals currently face. This can show up in many areas of your life. It's symptoms can show up very differently in each individual. In most cases, anxiety can be treated by going to therapy and possibly medication if recommended by a medical professional
